How to leave a blu review
Reviewing a product is quick and simple.
Navigate to the page of the product you would like to review and scroll down past the product information until you see a ‘Reviews’ heading and a big blue box which reads ‘Write a review’.
Click this button and a review form will appear. To leave your review, fill in the required fields, including giving the product an overall star rating. Before selecting the ‘Post Review’ button, make sure to read and accept the terms and conditions.

Please note: You may receive an email asking you to review a recent purchase. In this case, the process will skip the first few steps detailed above.
What happens next?
So we know it is authentic, you will then be asked to confirm your review submission. If you don’t verify this, the review will simply be posted anonymously.
The review will then go through our third-party system, Bazaarvoice – known for connecting more than 11,500 of the world’s leading brands with customers to encourage product innovation and informed purchasing decisions - and a few days later the review will appear live on blu.com.

We don’t cherry pick content and will never remove negative content. Any authentic review, good or bad, will be published assuming it fits with our review writing guidelines.
However, our product review system is moderated, so it’s important to read the following guidance before leaving your review.

We want to publish your review, so please:
Keep your review focused on the product.
Avoid writing about customer service – Instead, contact us if you have any issues.
Refrain from mentioning competitors or the specific price you paid for the product. This includes sharing any URLs to competitor websites.
Do not include any personal identifiable information, such as full names, phone numbers or addresses.
Ensure you are of a legal age to vape (i.e. 18+).
Ensure your review does not contain profanity or use any inappropriate language.
Make sure reviews are written in English.
Only post appropriate, relevant images.
Can I edit or delete my review?
Once a review has been submitted, it cannot be edited or deleted. So, please read through your review in full and check details are correct before submission.
The five-star review system
When leaving a review, we will ask you to give the product an overall star rating out of 5: one is the lowest and five is the highest.
Please select a star rating that represents the product and your experience of using it, before filling in the other fields. Honest and detailed feedback is extremely helpful for our team and to future shoppers too.
Your star rating will count towards the average customer rating for the reviewed product. This provides an overall score out of 5.
