Choosing an e-liquid

There’s all kinds of things to consider before deciding, such as finding your recommended nicotine level, identifying the type of device you use, and eventually settling on a flavour category which best reflects your taste.
Before we get into what flavours are available, it’s important to breakdown the elements mentioned above:
Nicotine level
The levels of nicotine in e-liquids are measured in milligrams (MG), with current blu vaping liquids being available in three different strengths – 0mg, 9mg, and 18mg. These values are also broken down into percentages and help identify how much nicotine is present in each 1.5ml e-liquid pod.
0mg = 0% nicotine – suitable for smokers looking to cut their nicotine
9mg = 0.8% nicotine – suitable for light smokers with a lower nicotine dependency
18mg = 1.6% nicotine – suitable for heavy smokers
Most vapers in the UK tend to be former smokers, with many starting with 18mg nicotine levels as it is most comparable to traditional tobacco cigarettes. However, it is recommended that when changing nicotine levels you should move up or down one level as the gradient could become too steep otherwise.
