We strongly support government regulatory initiatives aimed at preventing youth access and advertising of vaping products targeted at youth
We believe that all players in the vaping industry, from manufacturers to retailers, play an important role in preventing youth access to vaping products.
We have a robust Youth Access Prevention Plan in which we commit to the fight against youth uptake. Our Youth Access Prevention Plan is a combination of robust practices, policies, programs, and actions all dedicated to preventing the underage access to blu products.

We immediately terminate contracts with stores/retailers found to sell to minors.
We closely monitor violations across all media in Canada, including social media.

We mandate strict guidelines, requiring factual names, flavour descriptors and mature copy and imagery on all packaging.

We have removed certain ingredients from vapour liquids, including sugars.

We advocate for accelerated authorization processes, such as connected devices designed to prevent youth access and usage.

Advertisements must not appeal to people under 18/19 years of age and must not be associated with youth culture.

Educate our retailers on age verification compliance requirements and the importance of youth access prevention.

All outdoor advertisements should not be located within 500 metres of any schools, youth-oriented facilities, or childcare facilities.

We ensure all broadcast advertising takes place during ‘adult viewing’ times only, ensuring all messaging does not appear on programming intended for minors.
Whether you are a parent, a retailer, or someone looking to support our cause - we’re calling for all stakeholders to play their part in eliminating youth vaping.
