Dont understand Negative Reviews

Hi I am online placing my re-order and just happened to spot the negative reviews. I read them and never experienced the reported problems.. Great product, saved me loads from smoking the normal cigs.

My personal first choice

I've tried others and I always come back to Blue. This clearomiser is simple and straightforward, no "bells and whistles", and I don't need something that looks like it came off the set of Star Wars. First class product.

Our advice on Recycling and Disposal of the clearomisers can be found inside the product packaging. blu products in scope of the EU WEEE Directive are labelled with a crossed-out "wheelie-bin" symbol as required by this directive. The symbol indicates that the product was placed on the market after August 13 2005, and that end users should segregate the product from other waste at end-of-life. This symbol on blu product or its packaging means that the product should not be disposed of with your other household waste. It is your responsibility to dispose of your waste equipment separately from the municipal waste stream.

The clearomiser contains a coil. The coil is at the bottom of the clearomiser and the central tube is where the air blows - you simply boil the e-liquid to produce the vapour. The coil creates a stronger vape and more vapour than a pod.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your blu PRO® Clearomiser Tank. We recommend you replace your blu PRO clearomiser every 10 refills to maintain a consistent, flavourful vape.

Priming your clearomiser allows you to get the best taste from your blu e-liquid. After you’ve filled your clearomiser and before using it, take a few quick, short puffs and blow gently into the mouthpiece to prime your blu PRO. Priming gets e-liquid onto your wick and ensures that you experience our flavours to their full effect.

Regarding your question on how to avoid a burnt taste - there are a couple reasons why this could be happening:

Liquid is low: If your clearomiser is out of liquid, you may get a burnt taste. Throw away the used clearomiser and replace it with a new one.

Liquid has settled in the wrong spot: Ideally, the liquid will settle near the threaded side of the clearomiser. Sometimes, the liquid settles on the opposite side of the clearomiser, which can cause a burnt taste. First, remove the clearomiser from the battery. Then, try one of the following:

Place the clearomiser flat on your palm and roll it between your hands for a few seconds, or Lay the clearomiser flat on your palm and lightly tap it, or Simply blow sharply into the clearomiser 3-5 times, or Set the clearomiser thread side down on a flat surface for 45 minutes.

Any of these options should get the liquid closer to the threaded side of the clearomoiser and should get rid of the burnt taste.

I have purchased clearomiser tanks & 2 are not working. They are making the battery flash as if it is flat and then it doesn’t work. When i put my old clearomiser tank back on, the battery is fine and it works fine. Are you aware of any solution?

Have just bought the Blu Ace e-cigarette having been more than happy with the Blu Pro. I just wanted to try it as it has the facility to control the flow of vapour. Question is, how long does the atomiser head last and when do you know the battery is low.

Coil lasts around 2-3 weeks, unless you are using a high VG liquid or one with high levels of sugars in. Both of these cause issues in coil life. 

When you switch device on, it flashes 5 times. After the 5 flashes, watch the device light up. The longer the light, the longer the battery.

Hi Lynn, Robbi from blu here, thanks very much for your question! We recommend changing the clearomisers after 10 refills, after 3-4 weeks or when changing the flavour of your blu eliquid. They can last much longer though, the trick is in the priming.

I have a Blu pro I purchased just over a month ago. I wanted to change liquids so I bought a new clearomiser, but it doesn't work. The battery unit just flashes when I press the button. The original clearomiser still works fine. Is the new one faulty?
