The world is facing an uncertain and unprecedented situation, one in which we all have a role to play. That’s why we wanted to write to you to let you know what to expect from blu.
You’ll still be able to order products on blu.com and our customer service lines will remain open as usual. We’re working hard to reduce the impact that Coronavirus has on our deliveries, but please be patient if your order takes slightly longer than expected. You can still contact blu customer service during this time from Monday–Saturday, 09.00–17.30.
We only request a signature for deliveries that don’t fit through the letterbox. The NHS has said it is “very unlikely” that the virus can be passed on through packages, so we remain confident that there is nothing to fear from having blu products delivered to your address. If you think your order is unlikely to fit through your letterbox, make sure you’re going to be in on the day of delivery so that you can sign to accept your parcel.
Our number one priority is maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in everything we do. Our fulfilment partners have put measures in place to help mitigate against any disruption caused by coronavirus, and to help protect their own employees. We have done the same. In line with government guidance, all our UK-based office staff have been asked to work from home until further notice and we continue to monitor the situation closely.
