What is auto ship?
Auto ship makes reordering easy. You place your order once, then we send your blu essentials to your door automatically every 1, 2 or 4 weeks. (You choose.) That way, there’s no need to keep tabs on your battery, count your puffs or eyeball the juice level of your clearomiser.
Auto ship works just like a standing order, and you can change the details of your products or delivery intervals at any time.
How do I set up auto ship?
1) Log in to / create your blu Account
2) Find the product(s) you want to auto ship
3) Under ‘Buy Now’ tick the drop down icon by ‘Do you want auto ship?’,
tick the box and select how often you want to receive your blu
4) Click ‘Add to Basket’ to complete your order and set up auto ship
How will you charge me for auto ship?
We’ll charge you for each order when it’s despatched. And charge the credit card you use to create your auto ship order. Easy.
Can I cancel auto ship?
Sure thing. You can cancel auto ship any time. Simply log in to your account, go to ‘Orders’ then click on the ‘Cancel’ button next to ‘auto ship’. If you’ve already received the order you want to cancel, you can return it to us free of charge for a refund.
If auto ship feels too soon, no worries. You can still hit the ‘Reorder’ button in your account to get your last order send out to you.
