This is Awesome!!

I usually don’t write reviews or give feedback unless there’s a particular reason and I had to for this one since Blu devices helped me give up a lifelong habit of smoking cigarettes/tobacco. Cause of which (one of the reasons) developed an illness, used to be a chain smoker and now thanks to Blu I have quit permanently. Started off with Blu pro that helped cut down smoking gradually from 30 cigarettes a day to 15, 10 and then just a 5 day, over a period of two to three weeks, after that don’t even miss smoking. Vaping isn’t as bad as smoking cigarettes especially with variety of vaping oil flavours and options available. Also to mention I recently upgraded to Blu Ace but the unit I received may have been from a bad batch that kept dropping battery fast, got in touch with their super swift, friendly and helpful customer service, my situation was dealt promptly by Haroon, received a full capacitive and functional replacement within a day. Thank you. Overall great experience and possibly healthy alternative to cigarettes/tobacco, would definitely recommend to any smoker wishing to quit.

Very good vape

I bought the device a little over two weeks ago, after having a load of different vape pens , including all the big sub ohm devices I find myself using the bluace instead of any other of my vape, the device is sleek , easy to use , and gives of a nice flavour & hit, always been a fan of the company BLU, definitely recommend this device to anybody quitting smoking or just wants to pick up a smaller device, you will not be dissatisfied with this wicked little vape.

Great reducing your smoking vice

I absolutely love my blu ACE Vaporizer . It had help me cut down my smoking . I use to smoke 20 cigarretes in a day , but now I only smoke 3 cigaret a day and the rest of the day i use my ATOMIZER . Its just simplay amazing Thank you

This has saved my sanity.

After smoking heavily for 20 years and spending so much money in the process, l tried several vaping products , but l would be swallowing juice and forever charging batteries up. I thought the Ace sounded different and less complicated than other devices which suit heavy smokers like me. I absolutely love it. Only had mine 3 days and have ordered a spare one and more vape juice today. I have psychosis and most people with this condition smoke heavily. In 3 days l am barely smoking real ciggies at all, and only smoke when my Ace is charging, so once the spare one arrives, that will change. Thank you so much. If l can switch from 60 menthol cigs a day to this, then anyone can. I would give ot a thousand stars if l could. I never leave reviews usually. Very happy customer.

Love the Ace!!!

I've had my ACE for a while now & I think it's great! Really has helped me to stop smoking cigs, apart from beer nights! Only thing is, I really could do with a complete new top for the Ace, as to unscrew it I have to use so much pressure on it. I would think that Blu would sell the whole screw in mouth piece, but unfortunately they don't. Apart from that, a great bit of kit. :)

Very good

I have got a ace after having a problem with the Bly pod ones it’s been a lot better and I have not smoked for 3 months now thanks to blu arfter 50 years of smoking so I am happy but the ace has now stopped working just stopped holding a chage so I don’t know what I am going to do tomorrow as I have to have it plugged in for it to work

Hi had 2 ace vapes now and a issue with the switch working fine for the first month then it just wont turn on after I've clicked it 5 times sometimes it takes up to 20 had the same issue with the first one I always make sure the coil is tight

Hi Mandy, thanks very much for your question. You can turn the airflow wheel both clockwise and anti-clockwise to adjust the airflow. The airflow will gradually increase then decrease when turning. To ensure you're not getting any loud noises, ensure that your atomiser head is fastly tightened and leave the device sitting up after refilling to the maximum indicator for a few minutes to prime it. Usually the flashing will be caused because the atomiser needs to be tightened. If you remove the mouthpiece and with a dry cloth tighten the atomiser hopefully that will resolve the issue. Hi Fergie, thanks very much for your question. The blu ACE atomizer heads should be changed every 3-4 weeks on average. You will notice that the device will produce less vapour than normal when it needs changed. To get the best out of the ACE, always make sure to prime it by adding a little e-liquid, leaving it to sit for a few minutes, then filling up. Hi, bought 2 Blu Aces yesterday, one for me and one for my husband. Mine make me cough and hubby's doesn't work at all! The guy in the shop set it up but it won't turn on and just flashes blue 5 times when plugged in but does nothing else. Any ideas?
