Easy to use, great choice of flavours

I bought this product two months ago to try to give up smoking, having smoked for over 25 years. Since using the vape, I've not been tempted to smoke at all. I've tried most of the flavours but some are too sweet for me, so I've stuck to the 9mg/ml menthol having liked the stronger menthol (18mg/ml) that came in the starter kit. Easy to use, easy to charge and it doesn't leak even when in a bag or pocket.

Why I didn't find it sooner?

I have mine since a week now. I was more than sceptic as I tried many vapes before, but I couldn't breath them down which is why it didn't deliver the "smoking experience". Then I found blu. My goal is to quit smoking completely despite the fact, that I like smoking. Wait, let me rephrase it... I like vaping..... Usually while I'm waiting for the bus to get to work, I smoke a cigarette. Today morning (after 1 week using blu), I reached to my cigarette and quickly changed my mind. I didn't feel having a cigarette, but grabbed my blu. 1 packet cigarette lasted for me for 1.5 days. Now this packet I have with me is open since 3 days now and there are only 5 cigarettes missing. Does it describes how much I like my blu? I have the Blueberry flavour which is amazing, now I just ordered the Green Apple, Mango and Apricot which I'm really excited about and Cherry. I would love to try some Grape flavour and how about some nice Whiskey or Cognac? Red Bull flavour? I have ideas..... :) Anyways..... I can't speak highly enough about the product as well as their customer service. Try it, I guarantee, you won't regret it. Btw, this isn't a paid promotion, as a matter of fact, I just paid £17.00 buying the new flavours...

Very helpful and incredibly easy

I’m very pleased to have found Blu. I have often explored the vape world and ended up confused and miserable! I saw great reviews of Blu Juice in the specialist online shop where I purchase my cigarettes and investigated. I found the Blu site most informative and decided to try the Intense Blu starter kit as it seemed easy to use and had good reviews. I was never expecting to find cutting down easy but I have dropped from 20+ cigarettes a day for 40+ years to 3 or 4 without too much misery and anxiety. I found the mouthpiece strange to start with but was used to it by the 2nd day and like it very much now. I purchased 0.9 Golden Tobacco caps which was a mistake, if you’re a heavy smoker going to try Blu caps get the 1.8 strength. I found this info on a different website. I would hope Blu will sell packets of more than 2 caps as the packaging is excessive for only 2 caps and we all need to be responsible with sustainably to save our planet. I find one cap will last a couple of days and the device charge lasts 24 hours. If you are trying to cut down cigarettes or give up this is the best tasting and easiest device I’ve come across and I’ve wasted money on quite a few.

I recently bought a new Blu device that wasn’t working properly. I contacted Blu who had no hesitation replacing it,it was shipped out and I received it early next day. I can not leave the house without ..I wasn’t a previous smoker but blu has seen me through some good and bad times and not feel any guilt as it doesn’t leave any horrible smell ..only the flavours u choose which are lovely I have had most colours which make it more fun Thank you blu..x

How do i get this to charge. I use the cord from the box, attched to charger box and it blinks blue about 5 times then nothing. I try to use it and the blue light flashes and i get nothing.

I have just bought the myblu intense starter kit, when I’m trying to charge my device, it blinks red one time followed by 5 blue flashes, just wondering if my device is actually charging or not as it’s not working when I’m using it while plugged in.

Thanks very much for your question. Once your myblu device begins charging, the red light on the end should glow and remain illuminated, when the indicator light turns off, your myblu is fully charged.
