This may be a connection issue with the pod and the device and there is a troubleshooting step for it :) -if you take the pod out and look at the bottom of the pod, can you see 2 metal contact points? -take a pair of tweezers, or small knife and gently pry the contact points out a little from the base of the pod. -this will improve the connection, then pop the pod back in and give it a go :) Someone from Customer Services will be in touch soon! Each pod lasts an average of 300 puffs (dependent on the user) and each pack comes with two Pods (although we do have a multipack of 4 available at the moment).
