Blu PRO is very Reliable

I know at least 20 people who use this vape daily and if you asked every one of them theyd all say the same thing and that is that this vape is excellent for quitting smoking, its cheap as chips too i got this vape with eliquid for under £10 at my local garage. Best vape out their for the price, easily swapable parts & just a overall great device

Outstanding customer service

I upgraded to myblu pro. The customer service team responded to all of my queries and helped me find the device that best suited me. I have smoked for 20 years and within 2 weeks I have switched to vaping. I am so thankful that the team (Romily and Haroon) were so attentive and assisted me with finding the right device and tobacco flavour. Thanks so much Myblu! This could have resulted in me going back to stinky cigarettes and giving up on quitting....I am very thankful, i cant express how much :-)

very good but battery problems

i love this and wouldnt consider using anyother e cig but i have noticed that the battery life is not great and i have had to replace 4 out of 5 after a few months. Great customer service and easy to order from the website

Myblu Pro Kit

I actually started using the Myblu Pod System & today Purchased the Myblu Pro Kit & I Love it, Great Battery Life & Good Vape, the only down side for me is, I Love the intense nic salt of he Pod System especially the intense menthol, but it's not available for the Pro Kit, so I'm forced to use a different vape brand.. Overall the Pro Kit & Pod Systems are great, & have helped me quit the ciggies... PLEASE PLEASE Myblu release Intense Nic Salt Liquid 10mls for the Pro..

Wish I'd bought this ages ago!

I bought my blu pro 3 weeks ago after months of procrastinating, vapes seemed so complicated but this one has been simple to work and I've switched seamlessly to this vape after 30 years of smoking. I did buy the other shorter one as a back up and it's not as smooth as this one but it's handy to have a spare. The liquids and spares are available in supermarkets so I don't have to go to specialist vape shops and be bamboozled! Ordered online refills too and those were sent quickly!

I was a happy customer using the Blu Pro for many years, but in the last 2 months there seems to be a serious quality control problem with 6+ Clearomisers randomly failing as if there is no power reaching the liquid. Latest was dead in the box!

I've had exactly the same problem with a number of clearomisers failing after a very short period of use - often just a few days. In fairness customer service is very responsive and willingly replace the failed item. But that's not really the point as you want to know that the product can be relied upon. I too have had this problem for several months now and suspect a manufacturing issue as it is happening time and again.

Hi, I noticed that quality of blue pro went down significantly. 2 years ago battery would last 2 days, now I'm down to 3 bars by 10am (on new kit I bought 3 days ago as the other one stopped working at all). What do I do wrong?

Does anyone else have an issue with blu pro leaking ? I have bought two in 8 weeks and the second one is leaking around the top cylinder that hold the liquid, just as the first one did. Is this some kind of design flaw. Very disappointing !

If the clearomiser is primed after refilling and blu e-liquids are used, you should have no leaking issues and the clearomiser should last at least 10 refills of 3-4 weeks. I use other liquids with no problem, the reason for this is the cost of blu liquid. 30 to 50% more expensive. If the price was more competitive I would switch to blu in a heartbeat because the online delivery service is very good.
