Very reliable

Have been using this for about 3 years. Haven't had any problems, and top (Clearomiser) lasts quite a long time, depending on usage of course. I came off 40+ cigarettes a day, so I don't very often put it down. Have just bought new batteries, so original ones lasted. I have 2 on the go, with different flavours in & charge at night. Easy to use, and can buy any liquid to fill up, so are not restricted like pre filled pods. Overall, very happy x

We recommend you replace your blu PRO clearomiser every 10 refills to maintain a consistent, flavourful vape. Also, our blu e-liquids have been tested in the PRO device. blu e-liquid ingredients are carefully assessed by our professional toxicologists to determine the suitability of their use in our e-cigarettes. We use pharmaceutical grade nicotine, propylene glycol and glycerol and high-quality flavour ingredients in our e-liquids. We do not know the effects of using other liquids on your PRO clearomiser.

Best pen

Have been using vape pens for the last year and this is by far the best easiest to fill and l like how you can see how much battery is left which lasts me two days on one charge

Great Device

Ive been using this device for 5 years and I think its brilliant, I was smoking 10 years and I managed to get off them with the help of blu. I had a couple of issues with the clearomisers recently and Jean and Maria were really helpful. Great service, thank you!

Very Sleek and Smart

The closest vape to having a cigarette. Nice and light to hold it gives a lovely smooth smoke. I’ve been vaping for over 2 years and this is by far the best I’ve found.

Finally gave up cigarettes

Started with Blu pro 5 weeks ago, I was really concerned that I would still crave a cigarette! Worries were needless, I havent looked back..... easy to use, no big clouds of vaper, great taste with Golden Tobacco oils!

A light crackling noise is a completely predictable and usual process. This is when the e-liquid is being heated by the coil and vapourising and it means that your device is working properly.

This reaction makes you hear a crackling noise. The more or less crackling of your vape depends on what kind of device and e-liquid you use, or the intensity and strength of the puffs.

Hi and thanks for your question regarding the PRO vs myblu. Depending on usage = 300 puffs per fully filled clearomiser vs 200 puffs per pod. 1 bottle e-liquid will fill the clearomiser 3-4 times.

I've just brought a box of 5 clearomisers but they won't screw in to my batteries and I have 6 batteries, sometimes I get them to stay on but they randomly pop off. How can I get them to stay on the battery?

Thanks for your question regarding our clearomisers. We recommend you replace your blu PRO clearomiser every 10 refills to maintain a consistent, flavourful vape.

Priming your clearomiser allows you to get the best taste from your blu e-liquid. After you’ve filled your clearomiser and before using it, take a few quick, short puffs and blow gently into the mouthpiece to prime your blu PRO. Priming gets e-liquid onto your wick and ensures that you experience our flavours to their full effect.
