To turn off your blu PRO: Push the button 5 times in quick succession. Your blu PRO will flash 3 times to indicate that it has been turned off. To verify that your blu PRO is inactive, press the button on the rechargeable device. If the rechargeable device button does not light, the device is turned off.

The strength of e-liquid depends on individual current smoking trend, i.e. brand and number of cigarettes per day.
18mg/ml is our highest nicotine strength and contains twice the amount of nicotine as our 9mg/ml e-liquids/pods. While 9mg e-liquids/pods are more likely to deliver a smooth sensation when you vape them, our stronger 18mg provide a stronger nicotine sensation.

A light crackling noise is a completely predictable and usual process. This is when the e-liquid is being heated by the coil and vapourising and it means that your device is working properly.
This reaction makes you hear a crackling noise. The more or less crackling of your vape depends on what kind of device and e-liquid you use, or the intensity and strength of the puffs.

Hi and thanks for your question regarding the PRO vs myblu. Depending on usage = 300 puffs per fully filled clearomiser vs 200 puffs per pod. 1 bottle e-liquid will fill the clearomiser 3-4 times.

Thanks for your question regarding our clearomisers. We recommend you replace your blu PRO clearomiser every 10 refills to maintain a consistent, flavourful vape.
Priming your clearomiser allows you to get the best taste from your blu e-liquid. After you’ve filled your clearomiser and before using it, take a few quick, short puffs and blow gently into the mouthpiece to prime your blu PRO. Priming gets e-liquid onto your wick and ensures that you experience our flavours to their full effect.
