What kind of warranty does the myblu have?
All myblu electronic components are covered by our 2-year warranty. If any items are defective during the warranty period, you can make an exchange at no extra cost. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. How do I know when the myblu battery needs to be recharged?
You can monitor your level of charge by the colour of the battery indicator:
Blue: 100-30% remaining Orange: 29-10% remaining Red: <10% charge remaining A red battery indicator light means that you should recharge your battery as soon as possible. How long will the myblu battery last?
As long as you care for it as directed in your product manual, you can expect to get about 1,000 recharges out of each blu vape device battery. Note that tampering with, overcharging and/or exposure to excessive heat will reduce the number of recharges you can get from your blu vape device battery.

What kind of warranty does the blu PRO have?

Can I replace the wick in my blu PRO clearomiser?
Unfortunately not. Please don’t try to replace the wick in your clearomiser. If you do, you’ll damage the coil that makes the clearomiser work. This can lead to leaks and liquid in the mouthpiece.
Depending on your vaping style, a clearomiser lasts around 300 puffs. It is also recommended that clearomisers are replaced after every 10 refills. There are a few signs that it may be time to change your clearomiser, including less vapour production and a weaker flavour. You can purchase replacement clearomisers on our ecigs spare page.
How often should I replace my blu PRO rechargeable device?
The performance of the blu PRO rechargeable device depends on multiple factors, including how much you vape. That means there's no generic answer to this question. If you start noticing changes in your battery performance, it's time to replace it.
