As you’ve noticed, our blu.com website design has changed. There are changes on the website that are different from what you’re used to. We received questions about these changes and we want to share the TOP 5 questions with you, to make you feel at home on the new blu website.
1. How can I log into my account?
Look in the upper right hand corner on the website. You will find a link that says Login. Click this link and a drop down will appear, fill in your e-mail address and password and login.
When you have logged in, you will see Account instead of login. Click on the link Account to access your account.
How to log in for new users:
Simply go to the blunation tab in the menu on top of the page, and click the “join blunation” option. Now fill in your personal information and click “create account”.
2. Where can I find my blu Nation reward points?
Go to your account. Click on the button that says GO TO MY BLU NATION. At the top you will see in your ACCOUNT OVERVIEW how many Redeemable points you have. Scroll down to find even more information on your account.
3. Where can I find the activities to earn points and where can I redeem a code?
Go to your account. Click on the button that says GO TO MY BLUE NATION. Scroll down to find all the information you need about your account. Underneath the header ACTIVITIES and the header CODE REDEMPTION you will find what you need.
4. How much is a point worth?
This is new in our blu Nation reward program. It is possible for you to get a discount on your order with the reward points you save! How much discount will you receive? 100 points equals a $1,- discount. Watch the video to see how to spend your points:
5. Will the blu merchandise be available again?
For the immediate future we will not have blu merchandise available. Reward points will only be used for savings on any blu product in our online store. With that being said, this does not mean that we will never bring merchandise back. Make sure to keep an eye on our website and social media accounts for updates on this!
