Get The Most Out Of Your bluCategories: E-Cigs, Liquids, PLUS+, Xpress, Guides
Sometimes you might have an issue with a blu electronic cigarette not performing as well as it normally does. Before you call Customer Service to troubleshoot, we have several quick-fix tips and tricks you can try that will have you vaping in no time.
- Check your battery
If your blu doesn’t seem to be working, the first thing to do is check the battery to see if it’s sufficiently charged. If the blue light comes on when you inhale, your battery is working and doesn’t need to be charged at the moment. If it doesn’t light up, try charging your blu. If you still notice performance problems, you may need to clean your battery.

- Check your blu PLUS+ Tank™
If you’ve checked the charge on your device, and nothing is coming out of your e-cig, your tank might need some help. If you’re using a blu PLUS+™ Tank, simply unscrew your tank and wipe off the connector with a clean cloth or paper towel.
- Redistribute your liquid
If you’re not getting enough flavor from your tank, or it doesn’t taste as strong as usual, store your blu with the mouthpiece pointing upright for at least 5 minutes to allow your liquid to settle.
