Get The Most Out Of Your bluCategories: E-Cigs, Liquids, PLUS+, Xpress, Guides
Sometimes you might have an issue with a blu electronic cigarette not performing as well as it normally does. Before you call Customer Service to troubleshoot, we have several quick-fix tips and tricks you can try that will have you vaping in no time.
- Check your Rechargeable Device
If your blu doesn’t seem to be working, the first thing to do is check the Rechargeable Device to see if it’s sufficiently charged. If the blue light comes on when you inhale, your Rechargeable Device is working and doesn’t need to be charged at the moment. If it doesn’t light up, try charging your blu. If you still notice performance problems, you may need to clean your Rechargeable Device.

- Check your blu Tank™
If you’ve checked the charge on your device, and nothing is coming out of your e-cig, your blu Tank or refill might need some help. If you’re using a blu PLUS+™ and tank, simply unscrew your tank and wipe off the connector with a clean cloth or paper towel.
- Redistribute your liquid
If you’re not getting enough flavor from your tank, or it doesn’t taste as strong as usual, store your blu with the mouthpiece pointing upright for at least 5 minutes to allow your liquid to settle.
