Q: How does bluNation® rewards work?

The Program is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are smokers, d 21 years of age or older. Participants can earn ***bluNation*** rewards points when they purchase blu® products and participate in other Program activities (i.e., surveys and polls). Participants will earn 1,000 Points upon joining the Program. A list of activities can be found on the ***bluNation*** Rewards page. Participants may earn points by purchasing eligible products on blu.com or at retail partners. Participants will earn five (5) points for every dollar ($1.00) they spend, excluding taxes and other fees such as shipping. Participants can also earn points by opting-into marketing emails, and can unsubscribe from the Program at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” within the emails or on the Program [website](https://www.blu.com/en/US/account/subscriptions). All blu products have a ***bluNation*** claims code printed on the inside of each pack. Each code may be entered one (1) time only. Participants can upload codes to add points to their ***bluNation*** online account. Participants can redeem their points to save on future blu purchases. ***

Q: How do I use bluNation® points towards my next blu.com purchase?

If a Participant prefers to redeem points at a retail location, the Participant may log into the account, go to shop rewards on the ***bluNation*** loyalty dashboard, and select the $5 Retail Coupon. The rewards points will be deducted from the Participant account once the coupon is redeemed. The coupon will then be mailed to the Participant’s preferred address. Please Note: Some municipalities have local regulations that prohibit us from sending vaping coupons to their residents. In these instances, the order will not be fulfilled, and any points redeemed will be added back to the Participant’s account.

Q: What are my bluNation® Rewards options?

Each reward displayed on the ***bluNation*** Rewards page is only available to redeem while supplies last. A Participant cannot redeem a reward unless the Participant has accumulated the required corresponding number of points in the Participant’s account. ***

Q: How do I track my Rewards order once it is purchased?

If ***bluNation*** points are redeemed for a $5 retail coupon, please allow up to 10 business days for the coupon to be delivered. Digital rewards will be delivered via email. Rewards for specific products may be delivered digitally via an electronic gift card. Physical rewards will be delivered by postal mail within six to eight (6-8) weeks from receipt of order for shipment of a reward. All physical rewards will ship to the postal address associated with the Participant’s account. Once Points have been redeemed for a reward, they may not be transferred, returned or refunded to an Account for any reason, including if the reward is stolen or lost. However, please note that some municipalities have local regulations that prohibit us from sending vaping coupons to their residents. In these instances, the order will not be fulfilled, and any points redeemed will be added back to the Participant’s account.

Q: How long do my bluNation® points last?

1) Make a purchase on blu.com 2) Upload a ***bluNation*** rewards claims code to a Participant account 3) Redeem points from a Participant account Points will continue to be available in a Participant account if the Participant maintains “active” status. Points are promotional, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or anything other than rewards as set forth in the [Official Terms and Conditions. ](https://pl.blu.com/pdfs/Terms&Conditions.pdf) If a Participant has not completed at least one of these three activities after a consecutive 180-day period (6 months), the Participant’s ***bluNation*** account becomes “inactive” and all available points are ***forfeited*** and cannot be added back to a Participant account.
