A phone number is required so that a carrier can contact you about delivering your order. This is because all blu product deliveries require an adult signature of 21yrs or older verified by a government ID at time of delivery.
The carrier will attempt three times to contact you using the phone number associated with your order to schedule a delivery time of your package. After the third and final attempt has been made and no delivery time frame has been scheduled, the order will be returned to blu and you will be issued a refund for your order. Refunds are typically issued within five business days. Shipping fees are not refundable if the package is returned because the carrier cannot reach you per the phone number provided to schedule a delivery time. During the checkout process you do have the option of entering an Alternate Phone Number if the phone number associated with your account is not available for our carrier to call to schedule an order. If you elect to enter an Alternate Phone Number, this will be the only phone number used by the carrier to schedule a delivery for that order.
