The carrier will make one delivery attempt. If no one is available to receive the order, and/or if the person who is available is not 21 years or older, and/or does not have a government issued ID, then the order will be returned to blu and you will be issued a refund for your order. Refunds are typically issued within five business days. Shipping fees are not refundable if the package is returned because the delivery is missed per the agreed time with the carrier.
