Subscription Service

How will I be billed for my subscription service?

Subscription orders are billed when they ship every four (4) weeks and are charged to the credit card that was entered during your enrollment in the service. You are obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. To view the last four digits of the credit card associated with your service, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your blu account and select Manage Subscription.

  2. Credit card information is displayed on the right side of the page.

If your payment method has been declined for any reason, your Subscription Service will be cancelled.

You are responsible for providing current and accurate payment information, and for updating all information regarding your billing account. You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is cancelled or is no longer valid (i.e., due to loss or theft). If you need to update your credit card information you first need to cancel your current Subscription and then create a new Subscription. To cancel your service, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your blu account and select Manage Subscription.

  2. Click Cancel Subscription from the right side of the page. This displays the My Account page.

Once your service has been cancelled, you must then create a new Subscription that includes entering new credit card information. To create a new Subscription, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Create Subscription button from My Account.

  2. Select the Product Type that you want to add to your Subscription Service. You can choose between Pods, Disposables, and Tanks. Options for the product type that you select are displayed on the page.

  3. Locate the Flavor that you would like, click the Nicotine strength that you prefer, and specify the Quantity of the product that you would like to include in your Subscription. Note that you must select five (5) products to qualify for the Subscription Service.

  4. If you want to add a different Product Type to your Subscription (such as including pods and disposables in your Subscription), click the product type from the product navigation and repeat steps 3 and 4.

  5. When you have finished making all product selections click the Next button. (If you have not added at least five (5) products to your subscription the Next button remains inactive until you do so.) You are taken to the Checkout page.

  6. Review your Subscription selections. All products listed in Checkout have a circular green check on the right indicating that they are part of your Subscription Service. If you have any coupons that you would like to redeem towards your first Subscription order enter the code by using the Apply Promotion Code on the top right of the page.

  7. Once you have confirmed all selections click the Complete Payment button.

  8. Review the Signature required on delivery and Code of Conduct statements and confirm that all selections and information are final. Click the Confirm and continue to Payment button.

  9. Enter your payment information as requested and click the Submit Info button.
