Although we make every effort to keep our inventory stocked, demand can unexpectedly fluctuate and cause out-of-stock situations.
If any item in your existing Subscription order is out of stock, your order is automatically paused, and you will not receive an order for the month. Once the item(s) is back in stock, blu automatically reactivates your Subscription and orders are sent according to your existing 4-week shipment schedule. Note that backstock orders will not be sent and you will only receive product and quantities you specified in your Subscription in your next shipment.
