Why am I experiencing low vapor production?

There are multiple reasons why this may be happening. ***Drained battery******This is the most common reason why your electronic cigarette is producing low vapor volume. Replace it with a fully charged battery. ***Check the intake hole*** If you’ve tried using a fully charged battery and vapor production is still low, ensure you’ve removed the pull tab (the small sticker) from the blu Tank™. This problem also occurs if your fingers are blocking the intake hole, so be mindful of how you hold your e-cig! ***Dirty battery*** Over time, residue can build up in the threads of your e-cig battery, which can impact the performance and vapor production of your e-cig. If you’ve tried the previous tips but still don’t have good vapor production, try cleaning the battery threads next. To do this, you will need cotton swabs and the battery itself. 1. Take one end of the cotton swab and rub it over the battery threads in a circular motion. If the threads are dirty, you will see the residue on the cotton swab.***2. Blow on the battery threads to make sure any extra residue is removed.***3. Screw the clean battery into a blu Tank™ and take a drag on your e-cig. ***Atomizer needs a boost*** Sometimes you may need to give the atomizer a little boost to increase vapor production. With your fully assembled e-cig, blow into the blu Tank™ quickly and repeatedly 4-8 times. This will activate the atomizer, which heats the liquid and turns it into vapor. Once you see vapor, wait for 15-30 seconds, and then start using your electronic cigarette normally. ***Faulty blu Tank™*** Finally, if you’ve tried the tips above and you still can’t get good vapor production, you may have a faulty blu Tank™. Replace it with a new one.***

Why does my blu Tank™ or Liquidpod have a burnt taste?

There are a couple reasons why this could be happening. ***Liquid is low *** If your blu Tank™ or Liquidpod is out of liquid, you may get a burnt taste. Throw away the used blu Tank™ and replace it with a new one. ***Liquid has settled in the wrong spot *** Ideally, the liquid will settle near the threaded side of the blu Tank™. Sometimes, the liquid settles on the opposite side of the blu Tank™, which can cause a burnt taste. First, remove the blu Tank™ from the battery. Then, try one of the following: 1. Place the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod flat on your palm and roll it between your hands for a few seconds, or***2. Lay the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod flat on your palm and lightly tap it, or***3. Simply blow sharply into the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod 3-5 times, or***4. Set the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod thread side down on a flat surface for 45 minutes. Any of these options should get the liquid closer to the threaded side of the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod and should get rid of the burnt taste. If you try each option and you still get a burnt taste, it is most likely a faulty blu Tank™ or Liquidpod and it should be discarded.

Why is my battery flashing?

If your battery flashes 15 times, it means your e-cig is being over-used and that you should take a break. If your battery flashes 30 times, it needs to be recharged. If your battery flashes continually, it’s an indication of a problem with the battery’s performance. To fix the issue, try cleaning the battery first. ***Cleaning the battery*** 1. Unscrew the battery from the blu Tank™.***2. Get a cotton swab (Q-tip) and the battery.***3. Take the cotton swab and rub it over the battery threads in a circular motion. Why is my battery not holding a charge?

Why is my blu Tank™ unit or Liquidpod stuck?

If you are unable to unscrew the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod from the battery by hand, gently squeeze and turn the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod with pliers. Do not use the pliers on the battery! Once you have freed the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod from the pliers, discard it immediately. The most common cause for stuck blu Tanks™ or Liquidpod is over-tightening by the user. You should stop screwing the blu Tank™ or Liquidpod into the battery as soon as you feel resistance.

Why is my electronic cigarette hot?

If you use your electronic cigarette too much in a short period of time, it can become hot. If you notice this, stop using the e-cig for five minutes to allow it to cool.
