Why does my blu® Tank or Liquidpod have a unfavorable taste?

There are a couple reasons why this could be happening.

Liquid is low

If your blu Tank™ or Liquidpod is out of liquid, you may get a burnt taste. Throw away the used blu Tank™ and replace it with a new one.

Liquid has settled in the wrong spot

Sometimes e-liquid settles on the opposite side of the blu tank or Liquidpod which can cause a burnt taste. First, remove the blu tank or Liquidpod from the device and then try one of the following:

  1. Place the tank or Liquidpod flat on your palm and roll it between your hands for a few seconds, or
  2. Lay the tank or Liquidpod flat on your palm and lightly tap it, or
  3. Set the tank or Liquidpod with the mouthpiece side up on a flat surface for several minutes.

Any of these options should get the liquid closer to the bottom of the tank or Liquidpod and should get rid of the unfavorable taste. If you try each option and still get a burnt taste, it is most likely a faulty tank or Liquidpod and it should be properly discarded.
