Can I return a defective myblu™ Kit?

Yes. All electronic components are covered by our limited 1-year warranty. If any of these items are defective during the warranty period, you can make an exchange at no extra cost.

This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. In the event you need to exchange your blu® product, simply complete the Replacement Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form online.

Can I use any type of charger or cable to charge the myblu™?

The myblu™ Kit comes with a wall charger and a corresponding USB cable that can be used with a USB-compatible device (such as a computer).

We do not recommend that you use any other charger or charging cord sold by a third party as we can’t guarantee that other companies’ products will meet the voltage and current requirements of our pack. Should you choose to use a third party’s product, we cannot assure performance or be responsible for any issues that you may experience with your pack. In addition, using non-blu charging devices may void your warranty. Replacement chargers and other accessories may be purchased separately in our online store.

Can I use my existing blu® Wall Charger to charge the myblu

The wall charger sold in our online store can be used with the myblu™ Kit. The wall charger that was provided for our original pack is NOT compatible.
