Where can I purchase blu?

blu is available via the Internet through our secure site and via our retail partners, which can be found here. The blu Customer Service support team is unable to take orders over the phone but is available to assist customers with online purchases 7 days a week, 8am - 8pm EST. Eastern at the toll-free number 1-888-207-4588.

Is my online purchase via credit card secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which is designated by a padlock icon in Internet Explorer and Firefox. SSL encrypts the transmission of your payment information in such a way that only the parties involved in the transaction can read the information. In addition, your information will never be shared with a third party. A $1.00 authorization credit card will be assessed at point of purchase to test account validity, and will be removed from your account within a few days.

Which credit cards does blu accept online?

If you’re placing an order on our website, you can pay with your Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card. Other payment methods will be available to you when you purchase blu products from one of our retail partners.

How do I know the status of my online order?

Once you complete your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. Once your order has been packed, you will receive an update email that will include your tracking number. If you have a blu account, you can check your order status any time by simply clicking on the “My Account” link which appears on most pages. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

I am an organization that is exempt from my local jurisdiction’s state and local sales tax. Is it possible for me to submit my exemption certificate?

At this time, we are not able to process orders on a tax-exempt status. Several of our retail outlets are equipped to recognize tax-exempt entities.

Am I responsible for additional taxes on purchases because I live in Minnesota?

You may be required by the Minnesota Department of Revenue to pay additional taxes and fees due as a result of your purchases from blu eCigs.
