We’re Blu US and we offer adult smokers a modern alternative to cigarettes. One that tastes great and looks pretty sweet too. We’ve come a long way in the last few years.
Our journey began at a tradeshow in Vegas early 2009. Fortunately for us, what happened in Vegas didn’t stay in Vegas. We hatched a plan over tacos and a couple of beers to launch a new e-cigarette brand in the UK.
We started small with just a few customers. That quickly became a loyal following, as we moved from a pokey spare bedroom to a global brand with offices in the UK, Netherlands and USA. We’ve grown from two employees to a family of over one hundred.
Our offices in Edinburgh, Amsterdam and Charlotte are pretty unique spaces; think less blue shirts, more blue LED lights. Lots of offices have a token foosball table, just for show. We play ours. A lot. So much so we got a second table. We even let our boss win the odd game.

Our company, like the e-cig market, is evolving fast. We might be growing, but we’re a very tight knit group of people with a unique culture. We enjoy what we do, that’s how we get great results. And just like when we started out with a small office, it’s our people that make blu the success it is.
